Is MADE by Laminex a flat pack solution?
MADE by Laminex is a system of pre-assembled base cabinets, made to order doors and made to measure benchtops— all designed to take the stress out of creating your new space.
Can you assist with designing my kitchen?
For a fee our team of qualified designers can assist with material and décor selection, create a plan for your new kitchen layout, full list the components required and a render of how your new kitchen will look. Two rounds of design changes are included within the fee.
What should I do if I have a compliment or complaint?
You can contact our MADE by Laminex showroom number on (03) 8509 7501 and provide your details, including invoice number to our team. Alternatively, you can email us at made@laminex.com.au.
How soon can I have my kitchen delivered to my home?
The joinery will be delivered 4-6 weeks from the date the order is confirmed and deposit received.
I’ve paid the deposit on my kitchen and have changed my mind and want to cancel. Can I get my money back?

Where can I go to see the MADE by Laminex offer?
Our MADE by Laminex showroom is located at 135 Union Street, Windsor VIC 3181. Our operating hours are from Tuesday – Saturday 10am – 4pm.
How do I look after my kitchen?
Please refer to the Laminex Product Technical Library for care and maintenance instructions for the material you selected.
What is MADE by Laminex’s stance on sourcing sustainable materials?

Is MADE by Laminex Australian made?
Our base cabinets and laminate door range are all proudly Australian Made. We offer a small European range of cabinetry door fronts and panels.
Installation, maintenance & warranty
Does MADE by Laminex complete the installation of my kitchen?
MADE by Laminex is a design and supply-only business. We can provide you with a selection of licensed tradespeople in your area who can assist with installing your kitchen. Any informayion we provide should not be regarded as a recommendation and is for information purposes only. You should make your own enquiries and determination as to the tradespeople / installer you engage to install your kitchen.
Can we install MADE by Laminex joinery ourselves?
We strongly recommend using tradespeople who are fully licensed and have experience in installing kitchens. Talk with your proposed tradespeople before booking the job and ask them to provide references and examples of their recent work.
Can you remove our existing kitchen?
MADE by Laminex recommends you liaise with your tradesperson/installer to arrange the removal of your existing kitchen.
What is the warranty on MADE by Laminex joinery?
All cabinet frames, hinges and drawer runners, , door fronts and panels, and laminate benchtops come with a 7-year warranty.
Do you replace or sell single units (e.g. a pantry, handles, benchtops)?
MADE by Laminex provides a complete modular joinery solution. When it comes to replacing or selling single units we would need to assess on a case-by-case scenario.
Does MADE by Laminex perform on-site check measurements?
MADE by Laminex is a design and supply-only business. We provide tips for you to conduct your initial check measure however we strongly recommend that you carry out an on-site measurement check with the tradesperson you have selected before ordering your cabinetry.
How do I activate the warranty for my MADE by Laminex joinery, once it’s been installed?
You can register directly via the Laminex Warranty Registration page.
